74 SUNY Oneonta student athletes were named to the State University of New York Athletic Conference All-Academic Team for the spring 2014 semester. To be eligible, a student must be a varsity athlete who has completed the entire season and earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.3 for the semester in which they competed. SUNY Oneonta senior Jermaine Miller of Elmira competed for the last time as a Red Dragon on March 19 and 21, returning to the NCAA Division III swimming and diving championships for a third straight year. This year's championships were hosted by Franklin College on the campus of IUPUI in Indianapolis, IN. Miller, who set school records in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events earlier in the season, was one of only 25 men who qualified for the championships.
