The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced their 2024 Division III National Academic Squad honorees. The Oneonta field hockey team had seven members qualify for the National Academic Squad. Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches. The NFHCA honored more than 1,880 undergraduate student-athletes from more than 150 institutions on the 2024 Division III National Academic Squad

The Oneonta field hockey team had three receive Scholars of Distinction honors. The Scholars of Distinction acknowledges exceptional undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.9 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Three members of the Oneonta cross country team earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete recogntion for fall of 2024.

The SUNY Oneonta wrestling team had 10 wrestlers earn All-State honors at the New York State Intercollegiate Open at RIT on Jan. 21.

Junior lacrosse player Megan Foiles was selected as a Second Team All-Empire Region player by the IWLCA.

Freshman softball player Julia Serena was selected as an All-Region player for the 2022 season.

Senior Michael Losak and sophomore Noah Frasca were selected to the SUNYAC All-Conference baseball team.

Six softball players were selected to the SUNYAC All-Conference Team including freshman Julia Serena who was selected as the Co-Rookie of the Year.

Four SUNY Oneonta women's lacrosse players were selected to the SUNYAC All-Conference bTeam.

Six softball players were honored for their on-court performances this year by the SUNYAC. Five players were named All-Conference and one player earned Rookie of the Year honors.

Seniors Olivia Fraser and Rebecca Macdonald were selected as the PrestoSports Doubles Team of the Week in the SUNYAC.

Women's tennis players Julia Holtermann and Sophia Schutte were selected as the Doubles Team of the Week in the SUNYAC.

Junior tennis player August LePique was selected as the NJAC West Division Player of the QWeek.

Sophomore Aidan Kelly was selected as the SUNYAC indoor Field Athlete of the Year by the conference coaches.
